Crystal's Mind Body n Soul

Are u still struggling with Meditation? Finding it hard to "shut " ur brain off? Know this... You are not your thoughts! You are not the Body! You 'have' thoughts, your thoughts Don't have you! Now, Set your intention. "Show me" Close ur eyes, drop into silence, then step back behind the mind, behind the thoughts! There! Right there is where You are! You are the observer. Now that you realize you are the observer you can watch the thoughts, Detached. From an observers perspective. As you come to this practice each day. It will become easier to watch the thoughts pass by. Like watching a TV show, unattached to the content, you can then start ignore them. All that matters in that moment is Here and Now. The more you Detach, the deeper you can go. The deeper you go the more you're shown. Do not interpret, just see. See with a sense of knowing already. If you get distracted, (and you will) simply repeat the process. No judgment, no guilt, no frustration. Create a habit! For the next 30 days at a time of your choice, invest in you by taking 15m to meditate each day! It's free yet it's the most important thing you can do no matter what part of life's journey you are on. This is where peace is, This is where Happiness is, This is YOU, Still & Complete! After you've created a healthy Meditation Practice this becomes your Center and your connection not only to your Higherself but also to your Spirit Guides, Ancestors, Angels and even a deeper connection with your Friends & Family.
